Shipping Policy

We currently do not offer free shipping outside of the United States. All online orders will ship via UPS SHIPPING. Orders are shipped UPS GROUND with tracking. We ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM (EST) are shipped out the following Monday.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico will be extra.

We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO, PO BOX, or mail forwarding addresses.

Any online orders shipped to invalid addresses are subject to a restocking/shipping fee of $50.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the condition, pricing, and shipping, we don't offer refunds. If there is any issue with your purchase, please email us with pictures and a brief description of the issue and we will do our best to help. That being said, we check all our cases when they come in and before we ship them out. So rest assured you'll be pleased with your purchases.
